The story
As a passionate middle distance runner, 359 is a tribute to Roger Bannister’s “Dream Mile”.
In 1954, Bannister became the first man to run an English mile under 4 minutes.
359 Leadership represents being a pioneer, visionary, and having the will and passion to help our clients achieve what they never thought was possible.

359 degrees is also “almost” a circle. When you remove a piece from a circle, something else is created. The circle is no longer whole and that is the point. There is no need to be perfect. Leaders who can show and share their “cracks” are more effective and credible. Too many people put too much energy into making their work look good. What if we could put this effort into developing our organizations instead?
When the circle opens, a new structure is created – an arena where a new culture can begin to live. A culture that is characterized by open conversations such as coaching of employees and co-creation with customers. Conversations based on genuine partnerships where we meet on the same level with genuine interest and trust in each other.
We want to develop and transform individuals, groups and organizations. We want to contribute by catalyzing a more creative and conscious leadership. We believe that development takes place best in open conversations and co-creation with friends, colleagues and customers.

I am the pharmacist who has realized that people need a different “pill” that will help us achieve the greatest of our human needs – to grow and develop. My passion is to help people and organizations be their “best selves” as often as possible. I am driven by development. This driving force led me to devote myself to organizational and leadership development within my previous organization and to start 359 Leadership AB in 2020.
